Engine Oil Service
Packages include up to 6 Quarts of oil and a Bosch, WIX, or MANN filter.
Pkg Daily Driver - $85 - Amsoil OE, MOTUL 8100 series, or Red Line Professional series oils. The best value for factory recommended change intervals.
Pkg Signature Series - $125 - Amsoil Signature Series, MOTUL 300/500 series, or Red Line High Performance oils. The best value overall because these oils have the best long term viscosity, best wear protection, best dispersants, best acid reducers, and they support extended service life, up to 25,000 miles*!
Diesel Service - Starting at $110 - 100% Synthetic Diesel Oil. The additional Diesel Oil is pro-rated based on the package selected. $11.50/qt w/DD, $14.95/qt w/ SS. Fuel filter service available for an additional $15 + the cost of the filter.
Laboratory Engine Oil Analysis - $50 - Give your engine a blood test with FAST results#. This helps give an idea as to it's overall health, can give early warning signs of serious problems brewing, and examine how long you can properly go on an oil change all based on science and not old myths.
Oil Bypass Filtration Installations - $Variable depending on options selected and your vehicle. Available for most Diesel applications.

Engine Oil Services greater than 6 quarts:
Daily Driver Pkg, $9.50/qt
Signature Series Pkg, $15.50/qt
Amsoil Filter Upgrade: $5.00. For the absolute BEST in oil filtration. This is applicable to any engine oil service package. This does NOT include engine oil bypass systems.
Fees:
Basic Shop Hourly Rate: $145.00
Shop Supplies Fee: $8.95. Every fluid service or repair incurs a shop supply fee. This is to help with cleanup, payment card processing costs, and the occasional Monster or Rockstar needed to keep us going.
Shipping Fee: $13.50. If parts are needed to be shipped in they will include a shipping fee. Also applies to all orders under $55.00.
Expedited Shipping Fee: $50.00. This is for the "I need it right away" situation and we have to order parts overnight or 2nd day and there is a fee we incur to do so.
Taxes. New Ulm, MN taxes are a straight 7.875% on the total cost of the invoice after discounts.
Processing Fees: It costs money to run credit and debit cards. We assess a nominal 3% surcharge to all credit/debit transactions. There is no fee for ACH transfers or Cash.
E&R PERFORMANCE TEAM+
This annual subscription service provides a 15% reduced overall bill on every local sale. Just getting an oil change? 15% off. Need mechanic service? 15% off. It's a great deal for those facing high expected bills, those who put a lot of miles on their vehicles, or those who just love a great deal!
Personal (single vehicle): $150/year
Family (up to 3 vehicles): $300/year
Business (up to 25 vehicles): $400/year
FAQs:
When does it renew?
A: It's renewal would come up one calendar year from the date you originally purchased it.
Does it auto-renew?
A: No. We will send out a reminder to you around the time of the renewal. If your subscription expires you would simply need to purchase it again on your next invoice to keep the discount for another year.
Can I transfer the subscription discount to another vehicle?
A: YES! But you may only transfer the subscription one time during the subscription year. This is to help if you, for example, sell your old vehicle and get a new one. If you own multiple vehicles or are responsible for multiple vehicle maintenance, It would be better to look into the commercial version of the subscription model.
What if I purchase the subscription but another person brings my vehicle in for service. Will I receive the discount?
A: YES! The subscription is based upon the vehicle, not the individual. Anyone who bring the vehicle in during the subscription period will receive the same discount.
I have the subscription, but I no longer wish to continue using your service. Can it be refunded?
A: No. The subscription service cannot be refunded with one notable exception: the subscription was purchased but never used for any applicable discount.
Is the E&R Performance Team+ subscription service available for online purchases or DIY Kits?
A: Not at this time. But we ARE working on that. Check back soon!
D.I.Y. KITS - Starting at $55
Prices vary depending on your equipment make, model, year, engine type, oil & filter you choose, your AMSOIL Preferred Customer status, Mars planetary alignment, and what you had for breakfast.
Transmission, AWD/4WD, Brakes, Cooling, and Power Steering services.
We would LOVE to quote prices right out the door, but they vary depending on what vehicle you have and what services you choose. But, here's the basic run-down.
Transmissions - Starting at $200 - need Ultra High Quality fluids to perform well and last a long time. If it's been more than 50,000 miles (30,000 on CVT units) then we should be checking that fluid routinely for signs of wear and contamination.
4WD & AWD - Starting at $85 - don't generally need as much maintenance as other systems, but they still need some. Most manufacturers have recommended service intervals of this system, and we recommend following that guide for both length between intervals and fluid viscosity ratings.
Brakes - Starting at $80 - are the MOST important part of your car. While Brake Fluid does not 'wear out,' it is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts & retains water. That contamination over time sitting in your brake fluid will rust the lines from the inside out, cause damage to the lines, the master cylinder, the ABS pump, and even the calipers. So has it been more than 2 years (in the Midwest anyway) since your brake fluid has been changed? We better look into it!
Coolant - Starting at $80 - Your cooling system is vital to your vehicle running properly. On most cars it also keeps you warm in the winter, helps keep your cars emissions in check, and some cars have 2 or even 3 separate cooling systems. Even EV's and Hybrids have them! Let us check & service your cooling system to keep your vehicle at it's peak.
Power Steering - Starting at $65 - Yeah yeah we know... it's for wimps. But! Most cars still use a hydraulic power steering system that requires it's fluid to be changed for the same reason as the brakes... the fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts and holds water. Any contamination on a system that has in excess of 1500+ PSI of pressure in it will wear wear out the pump, lines, and seals. So just like every other system on your car... it needs occasional maintenance to prevent damage that costs you your hard earned dollars.
Laboratory Fluid Analysis - $50 - Available for all vehicle fluids with FAST turn around times#. Determine when a particular fluid should be serviced based on your current driving style, look for potential problems brewing, and have peace of mind backed by hard science.
